We warmly invite your school to join the first Global Peace Circle® Day on 21 September 2025, the UN International Day of Peace.
🌍 On this day, schools and communities around the world will come together to create Peace Circles – symbolizing values, understanding, and action for a sustainable and peaceful future. The Peace Circle® model brings these three dimensions to life:
- ❤️ Heart – values and compassion
- 💡 Head – understanding and wisdom
- 🙌 Hands – concrete action
How can UNESCO ASPNet participate?
- 🌱 Plant trees or create a Pop-up Peace Circle® in your schoolyard, classroom, or hall – a simple circle where students embody values through presence, art, or dialogue.
- 🎭 Perform or adapt the short ABC for Peace play – a multilingual, student-friendly drama that concludes with the formation of a Peace Circle.
- 📷 Share your activities on social media with the hashtags #GlobalPeaceCircleDay and #PeaceCircle #ABCForPeace #peaceday
